As a key member of tp bennett’s sustainability team, Vicki embeds sustainable tools and processes across the business. Having transitioned from Project Lead on architecture projects to focusing on sustainability, she has designed a suite of training that is delivered across all teams within the business and leads on CPDs and knowledge sharing on sustainability.

With her specialist knowledge of the residential sector and extensive experience in integrating sustainable and healthy outcomes into building design, Vicki has led tp bennett’s Net Zero Carbon Research into modern methods of construction and sustainable MEP solutions. She has also developed sustainable Design Guides for a large social housing provider, which is used across a range of typologies from social rented homes to independent later living. She is passionate about improvements in access, equality and diversity for the end users. Vicki is a Certified Passivhaus Designer and is a vocal advocate for collaboration to achieve more sustainable outcomes across the industry.
