Chris specialises in all aspects of urban regeneration. He has been responsible for the design and delivery of some of the most significant mixed-use, residential, retail, leisure, and office projects in the UK and abroad. His most recent UK schemes include High Street Quarter in Hounslow, Ealing Filmworks, Western Circus in Acton, The Beacon in Eastbourne, Iscene in Ilford, Cavalry Barracks in Hounslow, and Rochdale Riverside. His international portfolio includes projects in Spain, Portugal, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai, Turkey, Iceland, Latvia, Estonia, and Lithuania.

Chris is committed to design that enhances the quality of urban environment through creation of distinctive and memorable places. This approach can breathe life into many types of development, and it has been particularly successful in the residential sector.

Chris likes to develop his ideas through collaborative engagement with people directly affected by his projects, and his ability to integrate a complex mix of uses into sensitive urban locations has earned him a wide recognition in the urban regeneration sector. He is a frequent speaker at major industry events.
