Before joining tp bennett, Simon gained a range of experience across a diverse variety of sectors from residential, leisure and education through to industrial and commercial buildings, as well as working on a number of roll-out programmes for clients such as Tesco and JJB Sports.

Since joining tp bennett in 2008, Simon has been involved with progressing a number of developer-led town centre regeneration schemes, working closely with clients, local authorities and end- users. For the past 10 years, his focus has been residential-led mixed use projects such as Ealing Filmworks and residential schemes for large PLC residential developers. Simon was made a director in 2017 and has continued to develop his residential knowledge and expertise, playing a key role in the development of the tp bennett residential sector experience and client base.
