Alessia Scola
Alessia is an experienced and proactive Safety by Design specialist, renowned for her ability to support multidisciplinary teams in delivering safe, compliant, and innovative projects. With a strong foundation in architectural insight and Health and Safety regulations, she ensures safety is embedded throughout the design process. Alessia excels in fostering collaboration, providing strategic guidance on complex regulatory matters including the Building Safety Act and CDM, and championing best practices.
She leads critical Safety by Design initiatives, facilitates risk mitigation workshops, and offers vital Principal Designer support, leveraging her expertise on both UK and international projects. Alessia is dedicated to capability building, mentoring emerging professionals, and actively contributes to industry standards through roles with the RIBA and the Architectural Technical Leads Group. Her extensive certifications underscore her deep commitment to professional excellence.
