Julie Heron

Julie is a Director at tp bennett, having joined the architecture division as a Architect in 2016. She has delivered a number of high-profile large retail and new build residential schemes across the UK with a focus on detailed design, technical information and championing the integration of sustainable design strategies within projects.

Julie is experienced at submitting developed schemes for further legislative approvals, including successfully securing non-material amendment applications, condition discharges, SBD awards, warranty and building control approvals. She is skilled at clearly communicating complex technical concepts, having presented at a number of Quality Review Panels.

With a particular interest in community engagement, the public sector and the future of residential development, Julie regularly joins industry think tanks and panels. She is also a strong advocate for diversity in the industry, actively engaged in tp bennett’s mentoring in-house programme.
