Sheena Molloy
BA Hons Int Arch, BCom Corporate & Resources Administration & MgmtSheena has cross-sector workplace design expertise spanning corporate, creative, media, government, banking & financial services and legal projects.
She joined tp bennett after holding a dual role of Design Director and Head of Consultancy at MCM. With a focus on strategic design leadership, Sheena’s diverse skillset enables her to challenge the norms of workplace strategy and ensures the delivery of a bespoke design solution to each client’s particular challenge. Sheena has been involved in the successful completion of projects in Australia, the UK and in Europe, and has been working with clients such as SMBC, Open Society Foundation, Pella REP, BP and a confidential private equity firm at tp bennett.
Sheena is driven by the belief that no two projects are the same and that the best outcomes are a result of collaboration between designer and client. Passionate about understanding the drivers underpinning each project she works closely with her clients to test and explore ideas from the outset, unlocking unique opportunities and developing strategies to deliver exceptional spaces that respond to shifting workplace paradigms and the changing needs of people.
