Ben Corrigan

Originally from the United Kingdom, Ben relocated to the UAE in 1998. He is the founder and Managing Director of Bluehaus, a multidisciplinary design consultancy he established in Dubai in 2002. Over the past two decades, he has led the firm’s growth into a regional practice of 70 architects, interior designers, and engineers, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh. His work spans the commercial, hospitality, and cultural sectors, contributing to some of the Middle East’s most dynamic built environments.

With 25 years’ experience, Ben has built an impressive portfolio, working with the region’s most respected organisations, including Dubai Holding, PIF, EmiratesNBD, Jumeirah, Emaar, and Seven, as well as global occupiers such as Credit Suisse, Accenture, BlackRock, Amazon, and Salesforce.

A certified Leader Coach, Ben is committed to mentoring emerging talent and developing internal leadership, embedding a collaborative culture across the practice.

Ben is a regular speaker on topics ranging from design leadership and technology to the evolving nature of hospitality and workplace environments, known for his clarity of thought and grounded insights.

Following the acquisition of Bluehaus in May 2025, Ben joined the tp bennett Board. The two firms share a 15-year history of collaboration, rooted in shared values, design excellence, and client commitment. Ben continues to lead the Middle East offices, ensuring continuity, strategic vision, and a collective drive for design quality across the region.
