Jim Arthur

BA(Hons) Dip Arch

An experienced architect and project leader, Jim has worked across a wide range of sectors for more than 27 years including retail, commercial, leisure and refurbishment projects. In recent years he has delivered large-scale mixed-use and high-end residential schemes in London and the south east, including Battersea Reach for St George and Landmark Place for Barratt London, and is currently responsible for the delivery of Ealing Filmworks, a development of 209 apartments alongside an eight-screen cinema, gallery and ten commercial units.

Jim’s career has also seen him act as an expert witness at a planning enquiry and present to the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE) panel.
