The new workspace for a global premier boutique investment company provides a landmark London headquarters that not only supports but actively improves the working day for its teams.

Designed across three floors, tp bennett has created an impactful workspace focused on user experience. The design is driven by the principles of wellness, drawing inspiration from hospitality interiors to ensure that the new workspace provides a positive experience with a design concept that facilitates diverse ways of working.

The three floors are connected by a striking three-storey staircase which lands at each level with a generous breakout space to encourage movement and cross-pollination of uses and activation.

A warm and elegant hospitality-led client suite welcomes visitors, framed by a stunning backdrop of views across the city. Meeting spaces are varied and easily adaptable, embedded with seamless and intuitive IT/AV systems, sophisticated lighting and detailed joinery showcasing a palette of refined finishes from crafted stonework to bespoke trim details.

Spaces on the two lower levels are designed with a spatial configuration that promotes connection through intuitive adjacencies complimented by subtle visual and material cues. Clear sight lines across the floorplate maximise access to natural daylight, while  localised system controls and circadian lighting allow bespoke and balanced environments throughout.

A dedicated amenity space on the upper floor hosts an extensive dining offer where breakfasts and lunches are served alongside smoothies and coffees. At the other end of the floor, in a quiet location, is an impressive wellness suite, with retreat rooms, a yoga studio and a low-tech gathering space.

The scheme delivers beautiful and functional facilities that are future proofed for years to come.
