Our schemes embody design principles that reflect the evolving demands of student life with increased amenity space, encouraging student interaction and social inclusion. The student rooms, whether they are large or small ensuite clusters, studios or town house concepts, have all the required facilities to provide a home from home.

This holistic experience has enabled us to remain at the sector’s cutting edge. We were responsible for Europe’s tallest student block at Nido Spitalfields, the award-winning Garden Halls in Bloomsbury, and are currently creating bespoke on-campus residencies at Hull and Sussex universities. Our mainstream work includes a variety of sites across the UK, free-standing or mixed-use, either on-campus or town centre, as well as extensive schemes across Europe.
