tp bennett’s design completed the final Phase III development of Bourne Business Park near Weybridge in Surrey. The design for two new four-storey buildings, a café and a 470-space car park maximised the wellbeing opportunities arising from the greenbelt location, provides additional amenities for occupiers and preserved the favourable on-site parking ratios established by an extant consent.

The new office accommodation benefitted from triple-height receptions set within a landscape frontage, flexible floor plates with generous floor to ceiling heights & full height glazing which offers 360-degree views to the surrounding landscape and tree canopy, re-connecting the occupiers with the parkland setting.

Delivering a highly sustainable development was key, the development included a trim trail through adjacent woodland and the buildings achieved a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and EPC A rating. The award-winning development sets new standards of workplace design and occupier wellbeing in a location with excellent connectivity to both Heathrow and London.
