Fortius Clinic is a leading London-based orthopaedic and sports injury consultancy. With one clinic in the West End, it invited tp bennett to create a Consultation and Diagnostics Clinic in the City. The result is a light, spacious and welcoming interior that expresses the company’s values of high-quality care and wellness.
Deploying cross-sector expertise, the practice blended the purity of a clinic with the stylish finish of a boutique hotel. Natural light sources were used to the full, and mixed with ambient lighting, reflective resin surfaces and sinuous lines to propose a hospitality-conscious healthcare experience.
Clients enter via a prominent entrance in the building’s period facade, then proceed to a relaxing circulation and waiting space at lower ground level. Around this core, rooms for consultation, treatments and imaging have been arranged in a ‘spoke’ effect, maximising the space as well as ensuring a frictionless relationship between practitioners and patients.
