Opened by the Queen, Schroders Headquarters Building at 1 London Wall Place breaks new ground in corporate workplace design.

The building, which provides 308,000 sq ft of space over twelve floors, nine with substantial outdoor terraces, is the culmination of a four and a half year collaboration between tp bennett and Schroders, bringing together the majority of Schroder’s London staff for the first time.

It has been designed to reinforce Schroders’ brand values and support an agile workforce, driving occupational efficiency and creating a workplace that facilitates communication, collaboration and engagement between employees. Key to the success of this is an eight-storey staircase in two stacks providing connectivity across the working floors between levels 2 and 9.

Staff benefit from extensive cycle storage, a fitness and wellbeing suite, concierge services and a 300-seat restaurant. Clients and visitors are welcomed by a seamless arrival experience with barrier-free movement and a choice of places to meet and be entertained.
