Our client is proud to be innovative in a typically corporate industry. Their new offices reflect this status and provide a modern and agile way of working for its 2,000-strong London team.

To respond to the needs of individuals, teams and wider firm interaction, tp bennett reconfigured the existing building to create an open plan floorspace with neighbourhoods located in the perimeter corners. The different neighbourhoods are accessed through a modular cellular zone, creating a shield between designated team areas and collaborative working spaces, whilst also promoting agile working.

Team and social spaces are all arranged around a large atrium which was opened up during the fit-out to increase connectivity, transparency and visibility across the building. A connecting sculptural staircase provides vertical connectivity and the opportunity for interaction on journeys through the building. Staff amenities include a restaurant, a lounge bar, events spaces including terrace and outdoor pavilions, fitness studios and wellness facilities.

The end result is a vibrant environment that embodies our client’s pioneering spirit.
