Pursuant to a RIBA competition, tp bennett was appointed to convert this landmark building in Braye Beach, Alderney into a boutique hotel. The beachside location and the vaulted fishing stores added great character to the existing structure.

A 40-metre long balcony provided much needed exterior terrace space, and the development also included new public showers for beach users. tp bennett was proud to give this building a new lease of life and a role to play in the future, within the local community.
