Our client acquired the main part of Arlington Business Park in Theale, over 360,000 sq ft of business space, in 2015. tp bennett were asked to bring the park up to date, to better compete with the significant competition in the Thames Valley region.

As with many business parks of this generation, Arlington had no substantive amenity offer or community feel. tp bennett has been working to reposition the Arlington offer and create a ‘connected business community’ by improving the amenity provision, landscaping and public realm and refreshing some of the existing office buildings.

tp bennett has designed an amenity ‘heart’ which includes a café, gym and meeting facilities, along with a unique Floating Pavilion, that creates a stunning focal point on the lake around which the park radiates.

A number of the office buildings have been extended and improved, to meet the demands of contemporary tenants.
