Modern offices must meet both sustainability and employee needs, as the market progresses. As passionate advocates for sustainable design, we are proud to showcase Stonecutter Court as a live case study for an office building adapted to a fast-changing world.

At our recent roundtable with Property Week we brought together experts from across the sector to explore and exchange on best practices for the evolving requirements of office buildings. This provided an insightful forum to address some most-pressing issues for the sector, including:

– Why the right location is a must-have to make it attractive to staff and allow for a competitive business in the job market
– How sustainability has moved up the priority list for offices and what architects can do to deliver modern buildings that protect the environment
