The future of co-working

Leigh Dimelow and Leanne Wookey (tp bennett) join Aurélien Collignon (FORE Partnership), Tom Beard (Hana), David Porter (Knight Frank) to talk about the future of co-working with Pace North West.  The panel discussed how an element of flexible workspace can support businesses in attracting talent, as well as contributing to a more vibrant streetscape.

With Hana opening its first location outside of London at FORE Partnership and tp bennett’s sustainable Manchester office development, Windmill Green, Tom Beard commented: “The proof is in the pudding. Even before we’ve opened in Windmill Green, we’ve had a huge amount of interest, which is testament to the building, the design and the coworking model.”
