Build to Rent Annual Conference

The build-to-rent (BTR) sector has been seeing incredible growth, with the total number of BTR homes in the UK increasing by 19% in the past year.

The delivery of these homes will provide vital support for the government’s Levelling Up initiative and serve as a catalyst for urban regeneration. Architects have the responsibility to create meaningful, high-quality design and placemaking that delivers on the ESG front.

Nick Hirst, Principal Director at tp bennett, will be speaking about the Social Impact of BTR at Bisnow’s Build to Rent Annual Conference 2022. Nick will be joined by Sadie Malim of Moorfield Group, Victoria Manston of HUB, Wesley Ankrah of Dominvs, Daniel May of Socius Development on a panel moderated by Choisanne Man of Shoosmiths.
