The new £200m mixed-use scheme is designed to transform a run-down part of the town centre in Camberley, Surrey.

The urban composition is focussed around a new town square, which sits at the heart of the development, lined with restaurants, cafes and shops, with tables spilling onto the pavement. Above a vibrant mix of uses including residential, offices with co-working spaces, hotel and cinema will add to the vitality of this key space, becoming a focus for urban life within the community.

The scheme will enhance the existing retail provision within the town centre, bring in new uses as well as provide much needed new homes.
