The fit-out project for a new 480,000 sq ft building for a major American investment bank included the creation of bridge links to an adjacent building occupied by the bank – which has its European headquarters here – and the restoration of a listed building dating from the 1930s.

The headquarters housed a range of staff facilities for its 1,200 staff including a food court complete with a noodle bar and open kitchen, an Italian delicatessen with counter style seating and a more formal servery and seating options. The materials and furnishing are of high quality throughout.
