Chris is responsible for the design and delivery of major urban regeneration schemes in the UK and abroad. His urban design skills and ability to integrate new commercial floor space into sensitive urban locations has been recognised in many competition successes for town centre, retail-led, mixed use projects.  Current and recently completed projects include regeneration schemes in Wrexham, Macclesfield, Eastbourne, Rochdale, Maidstone, Chelmsford, Hinckley and Stoke on Trent in the UK and international schemes in Iceland, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Dubai, Turkey and Poland.

He is committed to design that enhances the quality of urban life by creating distinctive and memorable places.  His work alongside developers and local authorities and his passion for preserving the character of the British market town have earned him the respect of local communities and a wide recognition in the urban regeneration sector. He is a frequent speaker at major retail and urban regeneration industry events.

Chris also specialises in retail design and he is responsible for major store implementation programmes for Calvin Klein and Burberry across the UK, Europe, the Middle-East and Africa, as well as numerous concept design commissions for a variety of UK and international clients including Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Arcadia, Karen Millen, DKNY and BOSS.
