HNC Building Technology

Andrew is a qualified Architectural Technologist with extensive technical and practical experience, spanning more than twenty years, in a variety of sectors, specifically commercial, residential and retail.

He joined tp bennett in 1988 and early projects included a new office fit-out for the Department of Transport at Great Minster House, 150,000 sq ft office fit-out for BP Britannic Tower, a high profile mixed use scheme in Tottenham Court Road, co-ordination of Bentalls shopping centre in Kingston, and the conversion of a Grade II listed college building in Battersea, to provide 208 new apartments.

Andrew was promoted to Associate Director in 2005 and since then has been involved in the refurbishment of 69 apartments at the iconic Frobisher Crescent, Barbican, a 17-storey four star hotel in Wembley, and the redevelopment of London Bridge Station and Farringdon East for Network Rail.

Andrew enjoys coordinating design teams to deliver high quality buildings and is emphatically thorough when addressing the technical details of projects.
