Steve Collins

BSc BArch Associate Director

Steve is a qualified architect trained at the University of Bath in 1983. After graduating he worked for interior design practices in London where he gained experience in the corporate commercial and public sectors. Projects included a 54,000 sq ft headquarters fit-out for Unilever, and the fit-out of 31 office floors and five atria at Barclays headquarters building at One Churchill Place.

In 2006 Steve joined the interiors division of tp bennett and initially worked on major projects in Russia, including the fit-out of 25 storeys for VTB Bank in Federation Tower, and the 110,000 sq ft fit-out of a converted factory for publishing company Argument i Fakty and project architect for a boutique headquarters fit-out for US Law firm Orrick.

More recently Steve has been working on projects for Barclays, including Barclays Wealth in Geneva, Barclays Isle of Man and an ongoingn series of major refurbishment projects in Canary Wharf including a sub-let to The Economist Group.

Steve likes to refine designs through thorough attention to detail and is particularly interested in  the relationship between architecture, the workplace and technology.
