Leigh Dimelow

Manchester Office Principal Director

Leigh is an established member of the tp bennett interiors division joining in 1998 and initially working on projects for Lovells, The Financial Services Authority and PricewaterhouseCoopers.  He then joined the strategy division where he focussed on conceptual space-planning projects for a major financial client.

In 2002, Leigh re-joined the interiors division as part of the core BBC framework delivery team, completing a number of refurbishment schemes across the UK.  He has also been responsible for the development and on-site delivery of a number of large fit-out projects for clients such as Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and has recently completed a new HQ scheme for Nabarro at 125 London Wall.

Leigh is now leading tp bennett's new regional hub in Manchester with an established team to provide on the ground support to its long-standing framework clients and service clients in the North of England as part of the practice's growth strategy.  Leigh is currently developing a number of projects in the North of England and Scotland for a high profile global legal practice, due for completion in early 2017.

Leigh enjoys the project process, particularly building good relationships with clients and co-ordinating project consultants and contractors to deliver high quality fit-outs.
