Donald Considine

Donald graduated with a degree in Town Planning from the University of Wales Institute of Science and Technology in 1983. He then went on to complete his Diploma in Town Planning some two years later. 

Donald has acquired over 28 years’ industry experience working in development control, planning and regeneration. During his career, he has worked at numerous London Boroughs including Lambeth, Ealing, Camden and Croydon. In 2000 Donald was one of a handful of early appointees at the newly formed GLA, successfully leading on complex strategic applications, planning frameworks and negotiations within a complex political environment. Prior to joining tp bennett Donald was the Town Planning and Regeneration Manager for the Olympic Delivery Authority where he was responsible for the project management of the velodrome and the Eton Manor planning submissions, and ensuring a smooth planning relationship with the GLA.

Since joining tp bennett Donald has been involved in the submission and approval of a number of schemes, including the mixed use industrial and 328 bed student accommodation scheme at Stockwell Green, the reconfiguration and upgrade of Guildford Business Park, and the respective residential and office schemes at Bute Gardens and Kings House Hammersmith. Donald has also led a number of high profile planning submissions and negotiations including that of new schools and property conversions, and acted as planning consents manager on a number of complex build projects.
