Emily Hume

BA (Hons) Interior Architecture Associate Director

Emily graduated from Brighton University in 2008 with a degree in Interior Architecture. She began her career working for Woods Bagot delivering high-end hotels, restaurants and residential environments, giving her a keen eye for detail and interest in quality design and materials which she incorporates into every subsequent project. She also developed her knowledge of the corporate fit-out market with projects for CISCO, Barclays and Lend Lease, delivering their 80,000 sq ft London headquarters at Triton Street over 4 floors, including a bio-diverse roof terrace.

Since joining tp bennett in 2012, Emily has continued to extend her corporate interiors portfolio in the professional and financial services sectors. She was the Senior Designer carrying out a strategic re-stack of Nationwide Building Society's 400,000 sq ft headquarters office campus, which included the development of new agile working design standards for Nationwide to roll out throughout their regional offices.

Promoted to Associate Director in 2015, Emily led the design for high profile projects including shipbroker Clarkson's relocation to St Katherine Docks as well as a new headquarters for US insurance business W.R Berkley at the landmark scalpel building in the heart of the City. She has also continued to work on high end hospitality projects including a top London restaurant.
