Hamadi gained his Diploma in Architecture from The University of Huddersfield in 1996 and began his professional career in Malaysia before joining tp bennett in 1999. Since then he has been involved in a number of prestigious projects from their inception.

Recent projects include the refurbishment of a Grade 2 star listed office building into a 420,000sq ft of apartments and a 5 Star Hotel, the redevelopment of a 25,000sq ft office building for SSAFA and the refurbishment of a 95,000sq ft office for the City of London.

Other significant projects include a central London fit-out for BP International, a 130,000sq ft retained facade redevelopment in Whitehall and the new headquarters for BP International in Aberdeen that was a very sustainability led design. Hamadi also was the Architectural Assistant and CAD Coordinator for the new entrance to the West Wing for The Corporation of London.
