Andrew Campbell

MA (Hons) Dip Arch ARB RIBA Director

Andrew qualified as an architect in 1999, having completed both his MA and Dip Arch at Edinburgh University. He joined tp bennett in 1998, was promoted to Project Director in 2007 and Director in 2014.

Since then has overseen the design and delivery of a number of major schemes including the redevelopment of 3-8a Whitehall Place for Defra, and the design and delivery of the Guildhall Campus project for the City of London Corporation which involved the restoration of a Grade II* listed museum building and the extension, refurbishment and fit-out of the 140,000 sq ft North Wing building and public piazza.

As Design Director, he has worked on a diverse range of projects in various sectors for both public and private clients in the UK and abroad. This includes planning proposals for a 150-unit residential scheme in Hoe Valley, a hotel, spa and country club in Brussels and various joint venture community schemes for Woking Borough Council.

He has also been responsible for the delivery of a number of office refurbishment schemes within Westminster and the City of London, including the preconstruction phase for the redevelopment of 60,000 sq ft of office space on Cannon Street, and the design and delivery of refurbished listed office building with purpose built 70-seat screening room for a media company in Soho.

Andrew is currently working on Watford Health Campus, a 350,000 sq ft joint venture scheme for Watford Borough Council and Kier Development. The 30 hectare site will include 750 new residential units, retail and commercial, and highways infrastructure. The existing Watford General Hospital Health Campus will also be expanded.
