Tracey is a qualified interior designer and has been with interiors division of tp bennett as a Workplace Consultant since 2005.

She is experienced in space planning, space budget interrogation and the collation and analysis of data relating to headcounts, space benchmarking (workspace support facilities, meeting and conferencing), space utilisation studies and space efficiencies. This skill set is invaluable in assisting clients’ when forming briefs for feasibility studies and building due diligence.

Major projects in the financial sector include reviewing and benchmarking global space standards for a major US Bank, involving the coordination and analysis of data from regions across the globe; detailed briefings and test fits for BDO's and BTMU Bank of Tokyo’s new headquarters relocation. Tracey has also worked on projects with Barclays Capital, Lloyds Banking Group, RBS and UBS.

Within the media sector detailed briefing for NBCUniversal’s new London headquarters, building due diligence for a major entertainment company, a post occupancy study for O2 and an agile profiling analysis for Telefonica Digital. Further time utilisation and geographic location studies carried out across a number of clients including Lloyds Banking Group, Water Aid, NBCUniversal and the London Borough of Camden.

In the legal sector Tracey has completed a feasibility study for Clyde & Co on five central London buildings with the prospect of taking approximately 150,000 sq ft of office and conferencing space and a thorough briefing process with Weil Gotshal & Manges to establish the amenities required to support their current office and future expansion requirements within a new 70,000 sq ft  head office in London.
